Return Policy

Dirt Merchant Bicycles gladly accepts returns at no charge if we are at fault for an incorrect or damaged item. If orders are returned or canceled for any other reasons, the customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways (if free shipping was originally included, the actual shipping charge will be deducted from the refund), and a fee of 10% will be incurred.

We will only accept returns 30 days past delivery on uninstalled, unused items, with all originally included contents and packaging, and in fully resell-able condition.

We strive to address your questions and concerns during the order/sale process.  We do our best to answer your questions regarding component compatibility, sizing, etc.  But you (the customer) are ultimately responsible for what you choose to order.
